WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
In accordance with the provisions of EU Regulation 679/2016 and Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5th on the protection of personal data and the guarantee of digital rights, we inform you that the personal data you provide and those generated during the course of the relationship with you are processed for the following purposes:

How long will we keep your data?

What are your rights?
Anyone has the right to confirm whether INPESCA processes personal data related to them or not.
Interested parties have the right to access their personal data and obtain a copy of the data being processed, to update them, and to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request their deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
In certain circumstances and for reasons related to their particular situation, individuals may object to the processing of their data. INPESCA will stop processing the data, unless for legitimate reasons, or the exercise or defense of potential claims.

The interested party has the right to erasure of their data, due to the disappearance of the purpose that justified the processing or collection, due to the withdrawal of consent when this is the basis for processing, or for the other reasons specified in Article 17 of the GDPR. Erasure will be carried out by deleting data from automated systems and physically destroying non-automated data.
